24Pets online store have a 14-day return policy. The returned product must be completely unused.
The product can be returned free of charge as a customer return (defective product), but for an unjustified return we charge an inspection fee and postage.
Pack the product carefully and deliver to the post office where our Customer Return number is 614 068, be sure to deposit a receipt for the transaction.
Returns must be notified in advance, either by email or phone. You can also return the product to our store.

Unclaimed package
If we resend the package, we will have to charge a minimum of 10 euros.
